Brief Overview of Key Company Policies
If hired, you will be given an Employee Manual that you will be asked to read and sign.
Your employment with Hess Pumice is at-will. This means that neither you nor Hess Pumice has entered into a contract regarding the duration of your employment.
Upon accepting employment with Hess Pumice, you will be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, which generally provides that you will not disclose or use any Hess Pumice confidential information, either during or after your employment.
