Typically packaged in multi-wall paper bags to assure the pumice stays clean and dry, our pumice is also available in plastic pails, fiber drums and bulk bags. We will also ship in bulk quantities by railcars or truck.
Our high-purity, non-crystalline silica (NCS) ultrafine products are an exceptional fit for a multitude of filler applications, including paints, industrial coatings, plastics and rubber.

PUMICE GRADES AND TYPES
Hess Pumice Offers Processed, Mine-grade and Non-Crystalline Silica (NCS) Pumice Products to Industry
Our modern processing plants and continually-tested product produce a pumice grade to fit any application. If the standard grades listed below don't fit your needs, we'll work up a custom grade to meet your specifications.
Our Non-Crystalline Silica product (an Amorphous Aluminum Silicate) was developed in response to environmental and health concerns with CS and provides an effective replacement for CS, Minex and SafSil in industrial coatings, paints, stains, rubber compounds, plastics and fiberglass.
